Professional couple with sober habits

My name is Catherine. My husband and i are looking for a furnished double room with ensuite in a shared house or apartment or a house or apartment to share. Our life is mostly built around work, but we are sociable people. My husband works throughout the week as he has 2 jobs and I'm on a flexible schedule. When we are free, we spend time resting indoors or going out alone or with others.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

Our monthly budget is £600, and we are looking to move in sometime during April We are hoping to find a room in or around Northampton Town centre and Kettering.

Here are some quirks and relevant information: My husband is sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises and I can't stand cupboard doors being left open. So, if you're someone that needs to have the volume on the TV up to the maximum, we might not be the best fit. With that said we are not going to get upset at you for making popcorn at night or watching your favorite TV show at a normal volume. I'm not a smoker but i don't mind to live with smokers as long as you don't smoke around the common areas .My husband is sort of a beer snob and I don't mind a glass or 2 of wine occasionally.
