I am a professional male aged 29. I am looking for a double room en suite in an existing flat share or a 1 bedroom flat. I am available to move immediately and have a budget of £1,200-£1,500pcm. I would prefer somewhere with good security and sound isolation and either newly built or recently refurbished, and the landlord will need to be ok with my rent initially being funded by the state namely disability/housing/universal credit, with an intention to start working full time after I’ve settled in. I am LGBT and the landlord/neighbours must be respectful of this. I am clean and tidy and will look after a good flat, keeping it in good condition.
