Hey 👋 Looking for a property to move into!
I’m hoping to find all bills included but I know how difficult the market is at the moment. So it’s only a preference!
My budget would be around £800-900 (inclusive of bills) but I’m flexible if I find the right place.
I also have a minimum of a months notice if I find a place. So please bear that in mind.

Hi I’m Sam, I’m a 30 year old professional, currently living in Hove.
However, I fell in love with the city and I want to stay here for as long as possible. I love the beach in the summer, heading to the pub for a social drink and I love the walks around the South Downs. Lots more to me than that but that’s the short answer.
