22F Moving to Manchester mid August!

Moving to Manchester for a job mid August 2024. Would like a furnished ensuite double room near a train station in a flat/house no more than 4 tenants (including myself).

I'd like my flatmates to be clean and considerate of others, preferably female. I enjoy socialising sometimes but value my personal time a lot as well. I enjoy having a friend or two over once in a while (no parties). I will be working in office 5 days a week, so I will be out of the house most of the day and would like to come home to a relaxed environment.

I myself am a clean and organised person that is considerate of other flatmates regarding space, noise, and personal items. I keep my areas and belongings clean and tidy and will contribute to common area housekeeping. I'm an early sleeper during the weekdays - I would appreciate flatmates that respect this as rest is very important to me.

Budget is £850 incl bills :)
