Brother, sister (professionals) & our cat

Hi! We're looking for 2 double rooms, or a large house with a garden. Currently living in Penylan and hoping to find somewhere by the end of April but there is flexibility. My brother Dan is a Sustainability Consultant, who splits his time working from home and a shared office space. I am an Actor, I look after horses, and work for a charity.

We are both environmentally conscious, love the outdoors, and would like to live with people who have a team spirit, who bring some good energy to the house, are considerate, would like to socialise rather than sit in their rooms the whole time, and perhaps want to share 1 or 2 meals together.

All my years renting I have found hiring a cleaner keeps a more harmonious household.

We each have a bike and a car, and Dan also has 2 kayaks, so preferably somewhere with a garage/a large space to keep everything.

We have a very cute cat called Mulu :)
