Looking for a room in London🌼

Hi!

I’m Kate, 27 non-binary, working full time in publishing☺️

I’m an easy going housemate who’s looking for somewhere that will feel like a home rather than a place to stay. I’m often out in the evenings as like going to dance classes and the gym most weeknights, but I’ll always make time for a pub quiz, gig or cinema trip.

I spend a lot of my free time reading and spending time outdoors. I love cooking and baking, and as a flatmate I will regularly provide you with baked goods of your choice.

My favourite films are probably Lord of the Rings and my favourite book series is The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon.

I’m also non-binary, use they/them pronouns and would have a slight preference for living with other LGBT+ people but it’s not a requirement!

Other skills I offer as a flatmate:
- I used to bartend and can make cocktails (or mocktails!) if you’d like them
- I have an air fryer, milk frother and a coffee machine which I can bring with me if you want
- I will basically match the energy of whoever I’m with, so if you want to socialise I’ll be sociable but if you want quiet time I’ll put my headphones on or disappear in a book🙂
- I love cooking for people so I will make you dinner if you’re tired
- I’m very good at building ikea furniture and I enjoy diy so I will happily build things for you

I don’t smoke or have any pets, but I do love animals so if you have any I will be very happy!
