House share or studio search

Hello, I'm a 28yr old Male looking for opportunities to move closer to my Harrogate based job.
I am extremely tidy and well mannered and typically quiet, either playing video games out of work or working on music production. I play guitar, though all processed sound is routed through digital means so other than the acoustic twang of the strings no disruptive sound will be heard.
I do not smoke and I drink very occasionally.
Right now my goal is to move by mid year June/July time.
Only room requirements are unfurnished with ensuite and enough room for my king size bed and fairly long desk.
