Looking for a room in Bath!

I'm a very easy-going, 28 y/o guy who has secured a job in Bath having not long moved over from New Zealand. I enjoy a beer or two with friends, going to music festivals, watching and playing sports but am definitely appreciative of quiet time around the house. I'm a keen traveller, having spent half of last year backpacking and am now looking forward to seeing what Bath has to offer!

I like to think I'm a respectful housemate and do my share of work to make sure the house and eveyone inside are happy. I am a landlord for my property back in NZ so have experience on both sides of the rental market.

I'm looking for a room that's ideally located walking distance to the centre of Bath but wouldn't be a deal breaker if not. Housemates would be similar people to me who are social and easy-going but respectful of others' routines.

My current lease runs out on the 4th of May so looking to start a new lease some time around then.
