Hi my name is Lisa and I am looking for a property in and around the Cardiff area. I’m a professional consultant nurse salary £100k pa and I’m a landlord also so appreciate a good respectful tenant and care to other peoples properties. Looking for a nice place to rent for a year plus in the Cardiff area 8+ radius. I do have a small ex therapy dog called Reg who is extremely clean and very well behaved. I have no issue paying additional + deposit if the property is right for us.
