Looking for a room or buddy-up, pref Southside

I'm a 27yo (he/him), I'm finishing my PhD in Psychology and starting work in April. I recently moved to Glasgow and am looking for a place I can stay in. Sort of tired of moving around a lot, would be nice to not do that anymore. I am looking to share council tax. I may still have student status in April and May, which would make the tax go down 25% and I would contribute to that of course. Budget is negotiable, aiming around 500 pm before bills etc.

I'm pretty lowkey and tidy, I respect others' space but like to hang out. I like to read and write, work on or ride my bicycles, finding small computer projects to occupy myself with, etc.

I love animals and don't mind living with any, I'm a comparative psychologist and have been working with animals for years. Can do some mild DIY, which comes in handy. LGBT friendly flat would be necessary.
