Room required, single occupancy.
I have been a lodger, renting a double en-suite attic room for the past 2 years (via an ad on this site) with a live-in landlady. Relocating due to the house being sold. Can pay a block of several months in advance if preferred. I don't drink alcohol... never have... never liked any of it so never got the taste of it. I am a non-smoker so don't want to live within a household where smoking is allowed -. I am happily divorced and single. I work full-time for an electronics company.
