Night Concierge looking for a nice quiet room

Hi, my name is Martin, I am 55 years old night concierge, working for luxury apartments in Kensington. After many years living happily at Edgware house, my Lanlady decided to sell the house and I am expecting soon that we all tennants will have to find another accomodation. I am looking for any room to rent, with friendly and non problematic people, I am a non smoker, travelling often abroad, working 4 nights 7pm - 7 am , if possible travelling abroad after my last shift, returning on my first night shift. Except when I am doing overtimes etc...
