Simple double room wanted for professional

I am a professional in the field of digital marketing for real estate agencies, as my job is internet based I always work from home. Would prefer a double room with fast internet connection and with only a bed, desk and closet. No decoration is a bonus, I like to keep it simple and minimal.

I am extremely tidy and organised, so I would prefer a house with other professionals or mature students. I usually clean my space every other day.

In terms of personality I’m quite ongoing and extroverted but during weekdays I’m usually quietly working all day. When I’m not working I like going to the gym, having a chat about practically any interesting topic and maybe going out to the park for a walk.

I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs, I have no pets, I’m single and I probably won’t have any visitors ever.

I usually go to sleep at 9pm and wake up very early at 5am for productivity reasons, although I can adapt my schedule to better fit in.
