Looking for flatmate for 2 bed flat

Hi I'm James, I’m a Data Scientist looking for someone to rent a 2-3 bed house/flat with. I work from home so would like to find a place with a good communal area to work in during the day. In the evenings I like to go to the gym.

I am chilled and easy going and I’d like to share with someone that enjoys exploring the local area and occasional socialising.
I am not particularly bothered about location, but closer to the city center would be preferred. Splitting the cost of a nice place would be ideal for me, without having to share communal areas during working hours with too many people. Feel free to message if you think we could be a good fit.
