Would work/care for a discounted rent

I am sociable but also need my space/privacy. No drinker or smoker but do not really mind if others do smoke/drink. I enjoyed living in hostel for many years, enjoy communal living. I would support someone in need for a subsidised rent. I am Italian, 57 part-qualified accountant currently unemployed but solvent. Current hostel management would confirm last 13
years of rental payment on time. I have receipts for last 6 years.
