Young professional looking to rent near Chertsey

Hi :) I am moving from Leeds to Surrey in late June/early July to begin my career based in Chertsey. I am open to driving 20-30 mins from the property to Chertsey. I am looking for a place to rent preferably an en-suite which has car parking available and bills included. I will be hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 days in office). I am very clean and tidy so hygiene is really important to me especially in shared spaces. I am also quite sociable so would love to have friendly housemates who I can socialise with too, and I am always respectful of other peoples space.
