Seeking a single room, double room or studio
Single professional lady seeking a room or studio in the Montrose/Arbroath/Dundee area, budget up to £500pcm. I would prefer a minimum of 6 months initially but will consider a shorter term. I am flexible on my moving-in date.
Currently staying with a relative in a village after moving from England and looking to move to one of the towns. I’m very quiet, clean and tidy. Non-smoker. My interests include non-fiction books, art, classical music, computers/IT, cooking, visiting historical buildings, car events and restaurants.
As a freelancer I divide my time between working at my laptop from home and travelling for work.
I also love pets (although I don’t have any of my own) so if you live with any cats or dogs that would be a bonus.
