Looking for a flat mate

Hey!

Myself and my kitten are looking for a forever home, I have looked into renting a flat/house but doing it alone is so expensive!
I’m wondering if anyone would be up for wanting to find a place in a mutually agreed location and rent together and split the cost 50/50

I don’t have any preference on gender but ideally someone who’s ages 18/30.

A little about myself -
I’m 21 years old, I work full time 9am until 7pm so I would hardly be in and I work weekends. My days off are typically Thursdays and fridays. I don’t really drink or go clubbing unlike most people my age, I rather binge watch things on Netflix and get a take out.

I’m extremely sociable so ideally would want someone I instantly vibe with and we can have a laugh together. I’m really easy going, I love a tidy home/environment so I would like to find someone who’s clean, tidy and respectful. A little bit of mess is bound to happen in which I don’t Mind I would rather a home to look lived in rather than a show home.

So l do have a kitten, she’s called Skye she’s 6 months old and she is my best friend. She is so loving, loves fusses and mostly sleeps all day. She is fully litter trained and doesn’t scratch furniture, she’s very good at using her scratching posts, the one down side is that she does some times like to nibble on my indoor plants, but once pushed away she does tend to stop.

Skye has been brought up around dogs and other cats so if you have a four legged fury I’m sure they will become besties.

I do drive so location isn’t necessarily a problem but it needs to be easy for me to commute to work.
