Room Wanted (preferably w/ separate bathroom)

Ideally looking for someone with shared interests, but very open minded. This will be my first house share, but I will be a clean and considerate housemate.

I work full time and spend most evenings after work at the gym, Yoga or Pilates so will be out of the house a lot. I also enjoy baking so there could be some free cake and brownies to go around occasionally!

If living with other females, I would be okay with shared bathrooms, but ideally if there are male roommates or live in landlords a more separate bathroom or en-suite would be preferred, but not a deal breaker.

I don’t often drink, I don’t smoke, but I do vape occasionally. I don’t mind if roommates do or don’t. I love animals, and would be more than happy to have a furry roommate too!

Would need somewhere to park as I do have a car.

Other necessities would be locks on doors to bathrooms and ideally the bedroom, and a tumbledryer.
