29 year old male professional available from 25/06

Hey!

I’m Joe, and I’m looking for a new flat after living in Streatham for the last two years. I’m looking for somewhere to move in between the 25th June and 1st July.

I’m looking to live in an area that has a more active social scene: pubs, bars, restaurants, green spaces and for chilled flatmates who want to make the most of London but can also appreciate a peaceful life.

A bit about me professionally, I’ve lived in London for the last 5 years and work in recruitment, currently I recruiter doctors for the NHS. My job gives me two days a week WFH but I tend to go in 5 days as my job involves me being on the phone most of the time. I work from 8-5 so will be out early in the mornings.

Personally, I’m a down to earth guy who likes a laugh and wants home to be a place where people can live in harmony. I enjoy cooking, like to keep a clean space and enjoy sticking the tele on together as much as having a quiet evening in my room. I play video games occasionally to decompress and enjoy films, comedies and documentaries on tv. Would be great to be in a house where we do a shared meal occasionally or go to the pub for a couple of pints and generally socialise.

I also play guitar in a band! Music is a huge part of my life and I practise regularly along with playing gigs as well as going to lots of local gigs across London. Don’t worry, I promise you won’t need to worry about noise as I don’t play amplified at home haha.
