I am currently seeking accommodation for myself. I have no preference on the size of room or who the potential housemates are. Just as long as they're friendly.

Quite honestly, I'd rarely be there as I spend a lot of time away at work. I just need somewhere to stay for the occasional week night knowing my belongings will be kept safe. I would be more than willing to pay a full month's rent, regardless whether I'm there everyday or just twice a week.

I must add, I have two children who are at the ages of 9 and 10 who may want to visit for a few hours once a week. If this is an issue, I am happy to see them away from the accomodation.

I am easy going, pretty laid back and keep myself to myself. I am extremely approachable and love to make new friends whenever possible. I don't mind if you smoke, or don't smoke. Have pets or don't have pets. I am happy to go along with whatever everyone else is comfortable with :)
