Mature Student looking for house share.

I'm a mature student, I will be doing Paramedic Sciences at Keele starting in September. My degree does come with clinical placements of various shift patterns including night shifts. I'm from North Wales so will be spending time at home as often as I can as its not to far to get to but its to far for a daily commute. Ideally looking for a place close to Keele campus but I'm happy with a small commute. I need housing within my budget with bills Inc Internet included would be a bonus. Furnished would be preferable but it is not a deal breaker. I ideally would like a room if furnished or not that would fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk but if communeral areas can be used to study than desk space in my room is not a deal breaker. I would prefer on-suit but I know that my budget may make that harder to find.
I like to keep to myself most of the time but can talk for Wales, I have lived alone and with others in the past. I am in my 30s so I do have some well established habits and routines but these should not impact a housemate or if it does then I'm happy for communication to happen so everyone's needs can be met. I'm a very non judgemental person and easy to get on with (or so my friends say and no I don't pay them to say that 🤣). LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
