Room to let or flat share

Hi I'm leanne 38yrs old I work in malton at rivermead care home.
I have been given my notice to quit from my current landlord due to his personal circumstances changing iv 4.-6 weeks to leave so would greatly appreciate getting somewhere soon.
I am looking for a furnished double room willing to take single if nothing else is available. I wpuld like the rent to include all bills too.

I enjoy chilling in my spare time when I'm not visiting to see my children or friends and family.
I don't smoke but I vape but would happily vape outside.
I'm friendly and easy to get on with

I'm very conscious of keeping areas tidy and will keep on top of things so as not to cause any conflict about cleaning I'm happy to stick to a cleaning rota or whatever suits best for you.
