Masters Student and Part Time Professional

I’m currently studying for my masters at University of Dundee and employed with Greggs for the last 6 months.
I’m looking for a comfortable room (preferably an en suite but if not, is also okay) to move into asap that is either close to Dundee (for Uni) or Arbroath (for work) for a minimum of at least 3 months to a year.
I don’t smoke and I love all pets so if you have pets, it’s a bonus 🙂. I spend most of my time studying and working and an occasional evening out with friends. In my free time I’m either gaming or listening to my music and working on analysing my personal goals.
No dietary restrictions at all from my end and I’m mostly a meat eater but very accommodative if you have any restrictions as I currently live with flatmates who either don’t eat port or meat in general. I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to and good company. I do like my personal space as well and like to spend time alone.
I would be happy if the room had a comfy bed, a good sized working table and comfy chair and wardrobe.
