Looking for a room to rent

I'm 20 years old student at HW looking for a long-term rental, move in date 1st to 5th June.

Money for deposit and first few months of rent ready.

Ready for viewing this week.

- I like to keep living spaces clean and tidy
- I love pets, don't have any though
- I'm mostly social, although sometimes I need my space
- I'm independent, used to living on my own
- I don't like parties, but like to have my friends around for some quality time
- I'm up for movie nights or occasional eating/cooking/doing stuff together, but can mind my own business
- non-smoker
- I like to deal with concerns or problems openly
- working as a personal carer on weekends, sometimes weekdays too, depending on uni workload
- I like art, play music instruments (don't own any though, don't worry 😅), movies and TV shows, gym, cooking, PC games, volunteering, archery, hiking, trying out new things
