Room wanted for Prof.Male (54) for min 2mths
I'm a 54yr old male, clean, quiet, conscientious and an easy going Professional Software Engineer. I don't drink, don't smoke and have no pets, but equally I don't mind pets.
My circumstances are such that I am looking for a room in or around Edinburgh available for immediate entry for a few months, possibly up to 6 months.
I would prefer non-smoking, non-drinking male professional flat mates also, but can be flexible.
I would spend most weekdays at work, but occasionally may work from home. In the evenings I'm easy regards sharing time or individually occupied, it's all good. Having friends/family visit is not something I'd be looking to do at any time. Just living quietly, but sociable.
I have a car so some sort of free parking availability is preferable also.
