26, Creative LFR in SE/East starting ASAP!

I hope you're doing well.

My name is Samuel, I'm 26 years old and am currently working as a Director/Editor & Photographer in the music industry - currently working for foundation. fm & Boiler Room.

I am looking for a room to move into anytime from now - end of May (when my current contract ends but happy to move earlier) ideally in SE or East. Would love to live in Camberwell or Peckham but I am super open to anywhere!
With regards to work, I tend to carry quite a busy schedule with work & work from home around 1 day a week but spend the rest of the time in the studio/office.

I’m looking for a clean household with friendly flatmates, ones who can hang around in the flat together & be friends whilst also appreciating each other’s space when needed!
