20yr Aussie looking for a sublet

Hi! My name's Jack; I'm a 20yr old Australian/British citizen who needs place to stay while saving up for a place of his own. I'm employed full time as bartender in Windsor and am currently on break from my uni course in Australia, where I was studying a Bachelor in Writing.

I've lived in all sorts of places in my time, with all sorts of people: I'm looking for somewhere either in Windsor or within walking distance to a train station that connects to it. I'm happy to take the small room or the weird room as long as there's a window and a bed.

I love living with people my age who know 1 or 2 good local spots and are willing to share a beer whenever. I'm a writer and an actor by passion, so artsy student people are my people but I get along great with anyone who likes a laugh or a good story.

I've house shared before and have plenty experience with hostels, so I know how to keep communal spaces clean and food smells to a minimum. I keep weird meal hours so it's rare I'm going to be using the kitchen when you need it and I know how to keep quiet after late nights or in early mornings.
