Looking for chilled space

I’m a work hard kinda guy, im a builder and due to recent life changes have been living with family I know need my own space.
I work for a local reputable contractors with a few years on their team.
I work all week every week and in the gym in the evenings.
When it comes to weekends if I’m not working I tend to be out seeing friends and family.
The last weekend of every month I’m away seeing my children in Swansea.
I’m looking for a really chilled place mostly to put my head down in the evenings after my busy schedule maybe sometimes enjoy a good glass of red.
