Professional female seeking flatmate/double room

I'm looking for a buddy to find a place to rent in Brighton/Hove area. I work in Brighton so would like to stay in the area. I'm a paramedic for the ambulance service so I do shift work including nights. I'd prefer to share with one or two others, as I may be sleeping during the day :) I'm a tidy and respectful housemate but I also like to socialise and catch up on my days off.
Must haves - washing machine, parking (can be on street/permit), decent size bedroom and shower.

Would also like an outdoor space if possible and close to the beach would be a winner!
