I am out in evenings 3 times per week minimum in Cardiff and each day also in Cardiff looking for a quite central base with parking available maximum budget is 600 per week I do not drink I do smoke but hoping to vape instead leaving family home as far to problematic with a brother living there in addiction and domestic abuse also from the situation many thanks looking for accommodation from may 2024 onwards ross shervington
