Professional tenant - room required
I am a professional tenant looking for a spare room or suitable alternative to move into. Preferably a double room, with other females or a family. Happy with pets. Preferably bills included.
Whilst working full time (office based) I am also studying. I have been given notice to leave where I am living at the end of July, however, I believe my landlord would be open for me to leave earlier in July, if required.
I am a quiet, clean and respectful tenant and can provide a reference from my current landlord.
