Room wanted for "one man and his dog"

I am a 62 year old male. But young at heart and very active.
I'm looking for a room or house share for myself and my dog.
He (Buddy) is about a large labrador size with a wonderful temperament and the most hygienic dog ever.
In short, he's my world!
I am easy going and get along with all ages.
I'm also an extremely social creature but also respect the space of others.
I have my own bedroom furniture and several kitchen appliances, microwave, kettle, toaster and airfryer which I would be happy to contribute to a shared kitchen.
