Looking for a room in a social/friendly flat share

I am Spanish but I have been living in the UK for almost 9 years, and I am currently working in the Fintech sector.
I love art, hiking and nature (including off-grid living) exploring the city (urbanX included), music, wining and dinning, museums, reading, going out… etc! I am a little multi-terrain, and tend to be up for anything. I have a lot of hobbies and I am always looking for plans and new experiences.

I am quite career oriented, so I tend to have an early morning routine before work and peaceful during the week but I love to profit and make the most of any free time, so in the weekend I will be out and about!

I am looking for a friendly and social household. I currently live by myself and I love it, but I would like to live with housemates again because I miss that family feeling and social aspect. I am quite extroverted and sometimes there

I dont have a preference for gender or anything but ideally someone who is open/chatty/friendly. Clean and tidy, but someone who is easy to live with. Easy going, open minded… if we click that would be best!

LOOKING FOR… ideally ensuite room in a flat/house with a garden or balcony and with a dishwasher. If any bills are included that would be ideal, and if there is communal cleaning that would also be great!
My budget is between £600 and £1700 or so, very flexible depending on property.
