Young, social professional

I am a young professional guy who works in the sports industry with clubs such as Bristol City and Bristol Bears as well as Portsmouth.

I am fairly quiet and like my own company and space. But I am also social occasionally with friends. I do not smoke and am very cat/dog friendly. Room renting this way is new to me.

I do have a long term girlfriend who I'd like to stay occasionally but this isn't a must/deal breaker.
