Robert, 30yo, photographer, looking for a double

Hey!

After living in Dalston for the past 4 years it's time to move on - rent has become a bit too much.

I am looking for a bright and spacious double bedroom. My preference would be to share the flat/house with 1 other person.
I am open to areas around East / South East / North London
( Forest Gate. Walthamstow, Peckham etc )
I would ideally like to live in a flat that has access to a balcony or a garden.

Few words about me, Im 30yo freelance photographer. Some days I work from home, some on location, sometimes I travel for work abroad.
I enjoy socialising and having an occasional drink/dinner with a housemate but also I am very respectful of other's space and understand flat should be a zen space for everyone to feel relaxed.
My general interests involve music, art exhibitions, fitness, cooking, traveling and nature/hike exploring.

LGBTQ+ friendly, pet friendly, smokers friendly ( only outside )

My max budget is around 950 + bills
