Hi, my name is Carl I am 35 years old and I am currently looking for a long term place to live. Less then one year ago I was in a very bad motobike accident and have been unable to work since then and for the foreseeable future until I recover fully. I am receiving the highest rate of personal independence that is possible with a very high rate of universal credit also. So I would be requiring a landlord that will except dss and alow the council to pay my rent until I am able to return to work. I am a very neat and tidy person also very clean, I'm quiet and keep to myself quite often. I get as much exercise in as I can to stay out the house for as long as I can. The rent is completely guaranteed as its help from the council as is any deposit required. I would love to hear back ASAP about anyone willing to help me get on my feet with housing.
