Seeking studio flat or buddy up 🏡

Fluid Mechanics Engineer in search of a studio or vibrant flatshare ideally within 30 minutes cycling distance to Epsom or within 1 hour by public transport.

Avid cook and baker so always looking for an excuse to cook fun dishes for housemates. Commited to maintaining a clean and inviting home environment. I work from home 2 days a week but not constantly in loud chatty meetings. Whether it's enjoying relaxing TV nights or unwinding with a pint at the local pub, I'm always up for some good company with housemates.

Other hobbies besides cooking are climbing, doodling (doodling in the most amateur sense), wholesome switch videogaming, cycling.

While I'm an omnivore, I'm open to embracing a more plant-based diet if it suits the household. Oh, and I'll definitely be bringing along a charming selection of plants to liven up the space! 🪴

Ideally looking for max £1200 pcm for a studio (actually self-contained, not sharing facilities) or £1000 pcm for a room including all bills.
