Room wanted in Central, East, SW or SE.

Hi! My name is Mathis and I am American doing my master’s at UCL. I'd like to move out of my current flat because I'd like to be more centrally located and save more money. I am looking for a flat in any area which is within 25 minutes of central London. I'd prefer East/SE but I am also down for elsewhere. I'd like to be within a ten minute walk of an overground/tube station as I've found living further out can be a bit stressful especially when buses aren't running or there's bad weather. I'd like to live with females around my age and I'd love a social flat because I enjoyed living with my friends a lot in undergrad. I love going out, music events, pubs, museums, yoga, skiing, etc. I am very tidy and respectful of communal spaces :)
