Looking for a place to call home with good company

Hello ,I am Pratip , a professional male aged 26 working hybrid as a data analyst probably around 2 days in a week from office. I am looking for a single/double room/studio with natural light and en-suite would be a nice bonus . I am available to move from 16/06/2024 and have a budget of £800-1000pcm.
I am a very fun loving open minded person but also really considerate and enjoy meeting new people and making acquaintances. A complete travel freak and love exploring new places .
As much as I love to have fun I do that outside the house , home is for relax and recharge . I respect someone else's privacy as much as I need my "alone time" ( who doesn't?)
I would love to connect with a flatmate and have chilled evenings and chats. I prefer good hygiene and cleanliness and don't like loud music at home till late at night, and it is a break dealer if new flatmate would.
I want to feel like at home and so I want to feel freedom of inviting a friend for a dinner/coffee without discussing it beforehand.
