Looking for 1/2 rooms for me and my partner

My partner and I are both professionals. I work as a music composer and piano teacher, while she holds a position as a music marketing manager and composer. We pride ourselves on being educated, clean, and leading a quiet life with a focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Currently, we are seeking rental accommodation in the Guildford area, ideally in close proximity to Guildford station (GU2 7NJ). While our preferred budget stands at £1300, we are open to discussion regarding rent and willing to consider options outside this range. We also want space to put our upright piano.
