Seek room for summer months.

Hello, my name is Herb and I will soon move to Manchester to start a new job. I seek accomodation for 3 months from in or around the first week of June. I have more long-term housing plans from September hence I am searching for a short tenancy. I am flexible on location, I would like to be either close to Salford Central, or otherwise near public transport links. My monthly budget, including bills, is around £950 maximum. I would have a preference for a bills included tenancy but I would be willing to join existing bill arrangements with housemates if needed.
I am a friendly and sociable person and I enjoy living in shared houses. I am also responsible and I will be glad to contribute to a clean and orderly home. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
