Looking for a place to live starting from June

I am still looking for a studio flat or 1 bed room flat available from June 9th.【I am not interested in flat or house sharing. I'm looking for individual properties】

・31 years old, full-time permanent worker
・non-smoker, no pet
・Salary is around £55,000 per year
・Desired rent is up to £1,500 (including all bills: water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax) or up to £1,250 (exclude bills)
・I prefer furnished rooms
・As for the desired area, I would like to live in a safe neighborhood as much as possible (Please refer to the registration).
・Preferably within a 8-minute walk from the station
・I will be in Japan until May 13th, so communication via WhatsApp and video viewing will only be possible until then!
