Creative Mature Student with Pets looking to buddy

Hi!

I am a mature student who also works in a creative industry, I have 3 cats and a house rabbit and I looking for an animal friendly chilled house with likeminded people, ideally with a garden for the rabbit. No requirements for garage or en-suite and would prefer an unfurnished place as I have a full house worth of furniture.

I love crafting and creating, reading, dancing and occasional drinks with pals, I am vegetarian and enjoy cooking most days. I would like to find other LGBTQ+ pals to live with or at least solid Allies.

Fine with smokers if they can go outdoors, would not like to live with dogs or outdoor cats as mine are indoor only. Crochet is my current fixation so maybe I can make us matching jumpers!

I am generally an early risers due to my work hours and this includes a day on the weekend so mutual respect of hours for work is a must, but otherwise generally quite chill and tidy, enjoy nights in and cooking over nights out.

I am slightly flexible on price for the right property.
