Young professional looking for spareroom

Hi, I'm Nathan, a 25-year-old Barista. I pride myself on being friendly, easy-going, mindful, and tidy(for example, I always clean up after myself, especially in the kitchen). Currently, I'm living with my dad in a village near Tadcaster, where I've spent the majority of my life, but I'm now looking to move out. My work schedule primarily falls on weekdays, with occasional shifts on weekends.

During the week, I enjoy the occasional midweek pint at the pub, playing on my PC, watching YouTube, or watching a movie/series. I'm open to hanging out with housemates and sharing these activities or similar interests. On weekends, I like to do things like long walks, dining out, going to the cinema, or the occasional night out, though not every single weekend too. I respect the need for personal space and differing schedules, ensuring minimal noise when others are resting or working.

Regarding accommodation, I'm seeking a double room(would compromise for the right place), preferably spacious enough to accommodate a desk for my PC setup (or one provided) and a reasonably sized wardrobe. Besides that, I don't own much stuff. I'm single. A non-smoker. I have no commitments to pet care but I don't mind living with any pets. Additionally, parking is a necessity, preferably free and without permit requirements.
