Looking for a Room or Buddy Up

I start a new role in Bristol from the 1st June, I am now looking to move into a property in that area. I don’t mind sharing with up to 4 others. I also don’t mind a studio or a 1 Bed within budget. Looking for a property this is easily commutable (30mins or less) to the centre of Bristol where my offices would be based. I would need access to parking, on street is also fine.

Would be working 9-5 M to F and WFH two days a week and the rest in the office.

Pretty sociable, Gym, going out and Badminton. Like to try and keep fit, so will be up for any sort of activity that helps burn calories! I also eat out a lot, but want to change that. If we do buddy up good news I got furniture as I currently have my own place in Wales so we can look for a cheaper place to being with! Very respectful and sometimes so engrossed in work, but would like some to make friends for when I'm not silly busy!

Do like a tidy home, so ideally looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and understands that its a shared space.

Likes to chill but also happy to go out, events or even walks and hikes when its sunny and warm. Not a big outdoorsy person when its cold, but I manage.
