Looking for someone to buddy up!

Hello! I'm looking for a flat to move into this June/July. I like flats with lots of natural light that are ideally near some green spaces so finding one like that would be the ideal for me. Location isn't that important as long as there's parking.

Overall, I am easygoing, clean and would keep the common area uncluttered. I like to cook at home too (asian food anyone?) but also love eating out when there's occasion to do so. I do shift work so do not keep regular hours but will expect to spend long hours at work. Current flatmates have attested that I've never disturbed them with my comings and goings and we do live in close quarters.

I also like walks, going for runs and exploring the area so would usually be out if the weather is alright. I'm not a big party/social gathering person so you won't have to worry about excessive noise from me :)
