Looking for a sociable house around South or East!

Sociable guy who is keen to meet new people through a house share in SW or East (but close to central).
Up for getting out and about on the weekends, love a good pub trip, garden drinks and a night out. A chilled but chatty guy, like to think I’d bring some fun to the house.
Also enjoy taking it easy in the week, like my films and series. I’m in the office a lot during the week so like a place to relax and catch up with house mates.
Love to cook and make big meals on weekends, like to do a bit of painting and fairly active with exercise in the week.
I lived in Brixton for 2 years and Deptford for 1 with close friends, they moved in with partners last September 23 so now looking to throw myself in to house share life and make some new friends, as well as meet up with and introduce my current mates.
For work I’m an account manager at Camden Town Brewery, so can sort out plenty of beer for the gaff too - goes without saying.
