Looking for a double room / Buddy Up in Leeds

Hi, I'm a 33 year old professional working in finance for a law firm in the city centre, and I'm looking for a like-minded person to share a two-bedroom flat or house with for at least a year while I look for buying my own property. Alternatively, I'm open to finding a double en-suite bedroom in a shared house. My ideal location is within walking distance of the city centre, but I'm flexible.

I would ideally buddy up with someone close to my age who shares similar interests and values, as it's important that we get along during the tenancy. I work hybrid, splitting my time between the office and working from home. While I'll enjoy doing things together, I also value my own space and downtime.

A little about me: I’m an excellent cook who enjoys Italian food and culture, I'm obsessed with coffee, I do a bit of gardening. I hit the gym most mornings, love skiing, and like to go out the odd night. I don't mind the occasional Netflix and wine type of night

Cleanliness is a top priority. I’m flexible with the budget, but I’m hoping to find a high-spec flat that offers a good level of comfort (I know, I'm asking too much :) ).
