looking for a room to rent im currently on the sick and am trying to get myself back on my feet but for now housing benefit would have to be accepted i can provide 1st months rent and deposit through the government scheme an i have a support worker that has that ready to go as soon as something becomes available i am clean and tidy i don't drink but do smoke but will smoke out side not a problem i can provide references from friends i have lived with pror rent is guaranteed paid straight to landlord too
